I'm fundraising for...
I have set myself a personal challenge for 2025 and am taking part in Run2Cure Neuroblastoma. Run2Cure is a charity fun run and raises funds for the aggressive childhood cancer neuroblastoma.
Neuroblastoma is a cancer affecting young children with the average age being just 2 years of age and survival rates for aggressive neuroblastoma being just 1 in 2.
So in addition to my own goal, I want to make a difference to the young children affected. If you are able to make a donation, be it a few dollars or more, I would be very grateful.

For a cause close to my heart!
Friday 20th JunNeuroblastoma is the most common cancer in babies and the third-most common cancer in children. It claims more lives of children under the age of five than any other cancer. We need to improve treatments so they are more effective and less toxic and the way to do this is through research. Currently, a third of the survivors of neuroblastoma have long-term side effects from the toxicity of the treatment.
This is a cause close to my heart. I have been there while a baby very close to me, fought their way through this disease, lucky enough to be able to say they survived it. The disease is brutal and unforgiving, the treatment, whilst necessary, is also brutal and unforgiving. With your help, we can all do our part in trying to make this a little better for the children and their families.
