💛 Support the Glazebrook Family – Help Fund Vital Neuroblastoma Research 💛

Our dearest friends, the Glazebrook family, a beloved local Samford family, are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare.

In September 2024, their bright and beautiful 3-year-old daughter, Chloe, was diagnosed with Stage 4 high-risk Neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive form of childhood cancer.

It all began during a family holiday, when a fall at a playground led Chloe to complain of a sore tummy. Trusting her instincts, Chloe’s mum, Fiona, pushed for a scan at the local emergency department. Within just 12 hours, Fiona and Chloe were airlifted by the Royal Flying Doctor Service to the Queensland Children’s Hospital in Brisbane. There, they received devastating news: a 6cm tumour had been discovered near Chloe’s abdomen.

Since then, Chloe has courageously completed 10 months of intensive treatment, including multiple rounds of chemotherapy, surgery and radiation, and has faced it all with incredible strength and resilience.

🎗 Why This Fight Matters

• Neuroblastoma is one of the rarest and deadliest childhood cancers.
• It primarily affects children under 5 years of age.
• For high-risk cases like Chloe’s, the survival rate is just 50%.
• Despite this, it receives only 1.4% of government cancer research funding.

One special way you can show your support is by joining us at the Brisbane Fun Run in New Farm on Sunday, 10 August 2025. This community event will raise vital funds for Neuroblastoma research and help give kids like Chloe a fighting chance.
